Making payment through Mpesa

Rent can easily be paid through Mpesa, following the simple steps bellow

Go to your Mpesa app/ sim toolkit

Select lipa na Mpesa, then select paybill

You may then proceed to our main office located in Nyeri town, Anju plaza 1st floor, opposite mathai supermarket for your receipt

Making payment through the bank

We accept bank payments through two banks

CO-OPERATIVE BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER : 01118666534300

HOUSING FINANCE ACCOUNT NUMBER : 8007773201

You then have to proceed to our main office located in Nyeri town, Anju plaza 1st floor, opposite mathai supermarket with your bank receipt as proof of payment where you will be handed an official receipt from our office confirming your payment
